email is to convey my deep gratitude to ustaadha farhat hashmi and ustaadh
idrees zubair, for their painstaking efforts to teach the message of Islam. i
have benefitted a lot from your website and audio casettes.
i
reverted to Islam 15 years ago, as a medical resident in bombay, india, and
since then have been struggling to learn the religion of my choice. it took me
6-7 years (selfstudy) to learn how to read the quran in arabic., and
understand the urdu language (which was also foreign to me) i cannot fluently
read or write urdu and that is my main obstacle in becoming a registered
student. i gave up practising medicine to do dawah, to share the wealth and
blessing of Islam that Allah has blessed me with, with the hope and prayer
that one day i can convince my family too.
