In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah,the Eternal, Absolute;He begotteth not,nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.(Surah al Ikhlas)

Say:I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn From the mischeif of created things; From the mischeif of Darkness as it overspreads; From the mischeif of those who practises secret arts;And from the mischieif of the envious one as he practises envy.(Surah al Falaq)

Say ; I seek refuge with the Lord and cherisher of Mankind The King (or Ruler) of Mankind The Allah (for judge) of mankind From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who with draws (after his whisper) (The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind Among Jinns and among men.

Allah. There is no God but He,the Living, the self-subsisting,Eternal ,No slumber can seize Him nor sleep.His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (apeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Thorne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the supreme(in glory).

Shall I not direct You both to something better than a servent? When you go to bed say:
How Perfect Allah is'.(thirty-three times)
All praise is for Allah.' (thirty-three times)
Allah is the greatest.' (thirty-four times)

The Prophet (S) would place his right hand under his cheek when about to sleep.

"In Your name O Allah,I live and die."

O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected.' (three times)

In Your name my Lord, I lie down and I in your name I rise, so if You should take my soul then have mercy upon it, and if you should return my soul , then protect it in the manner You do so with Your righteous servants.'

OAllah, verily You have created my soul and You shall take it's life, to You belongs it's life and death. If You should keep my soul alive then ptotect it, and if should take its life then forgive it. O Allah, I ask You to grant me good health.'

Praise be to Allah who sufficed me and sheltered me , and feeds me and gives me to drink , and conferred great favours upon and gave me preference and who granted me and gave generously. Praise be to Allah upon every state . O Allah Sustainer of every thing, and owner of every thing and God of every thing, and for you everything, and owner of every thing, and for You everything, and I seek refuge in you from the fire.

O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the exalted throne,our Lord and
Lord of all things,Splitter of the seed and the date stone, Revealer of the Towraah,the injeel and the Furqaan,I take refuge in you from the evil of all things You shall seize by the forelock.O Allah,You are The First so there is nothing before yoy and you are the last , so there is nothing after You. You are Ath-Thaahir so there is above You and You are Al-Baatin so there is nothing closer than You. Settle my debt for me and spare me from poverty.

If u take to your bed . then perform ablution, lie on your right side and then suplicate:
O Allah! I submit my soul unto You , and i entrust my affair unto You , and i turn my face towards you , and I totally rely on you , in hope and fear of you . Verily there is no refuge nor safe haven fromf yo you except with You , I belive in Your Book which You have revealed and in your Prophet
whom You have sent......If you then die, you will die upon the faith.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and punishment ,and from the evil of His servants, and from the madness and appearance of devils.

O Allah ! the stars have sanksd , and the eyes have rested,and You are the the Ever Living, the self Existing, O!Ever Living, Self Existing, give me calmness at night, and make my eyes go to sleep.

Al-Waleed said' 'or he (S) said:and then asks' he will be answered.If then performs ablution and prays,his prayer wil be accepted.'

my health and returned my soul and has allowed me to remember Him.'
