Sacrifice is the most important act of worship performed in the blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. Each year Al-Huda International Welfare Foundation organizes and facilitates Qurbani on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. On the one hand, this service provides an opportunity of performing a Sunnah to people, who due to many genuine reasons, find it difficult to do it on their own. On the other hand, thousands of Mustehqeen (truly needy people) have the prospect and hope of eating meat, probably once in the whole year through this service.

By the Grace of Allah (SWT), contributors from around the world entrusted Al-Huda International and Qurbani meat worth Rs. 8.3 million was distributed in the year 2011 alone amongst the needy in Punjab, Sind, KPK, Kashmir, Baluchistan, and flood affected areas. All tasks involved in the process are handled and supervised by Al-Huda teams directly; be it the selection and purchase of animals or sacrificing them in the Sunnah way. Conformity to environmental and hygiene standards is ensured at all stages. All distribution is done in an orderly manner after thoroughly identifying truly deserving people.
